For decades, the project management world has accepted a multi-trillion-dollar problem: most projects fail to meet their goals, wasting staggering amounts of time and capital. We’ve treated this as a cost of doing business. We believe this is a failure of science, not a failure of effort.
The Vision
After more than a decade of research into the brain science and behavioral dynamics of decision-making, our team is launching our next major endeavor: The Project Science Institute. Our mission is to forge the first truly evidence-based discipline for project execution, moving our field from anecdote to scientific rigor.
Why Only We Can Do It
We are building a new class of AI—a “Cognitive OS”—grounded in a synthesis of an estimated 10+ million academic studies across neuroscience, cognitive science, and systems theory. This is not another project management tool; it is a foundational planetary AI engine for modeling and improving human decision-making at scale.
The Team
Executing a mission of this scale requires a world-class coalition. The Project Science Institute is led by co-CEOs Dr. Josh Ramirez and Dr. Joshua Cunio, guided by the scientific expertise of Dr. Mel Slater and Dr. Jodi Wilson. This core team is amplified by strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions, including Stevens Institute of Technology, Henry Gantt’s alma mater.
