Here's the truth nobody says out loud: most people who finish a PMP prep course never sit the exam. Not because they aren't capable. Because nothing in their week ever forces the moment where they book a date and start moving toward it.

This is for you if…

The course is behind you

You finished a 35-hour prep course months (or years) ago. The knowledge is dormant, not gone. Waking it up takes weeks, not another course.

The date never happened

"After this project wraps." "Once things calm down." The exam keeps sliding because no date is on the calendar and nobody is watching.

Restarting feels heavy

Every month that passes makes starting over feel bigger than it is. You don't need to start over. You need a finisher.

Not another course. A finisher.

Finish Line runs on REACH, the project-leadership framework by PSA's own dean, Gregg Richie. Five diamonds, each doing one job on your way to the exam.

ALIGNMENT

Book the date first

Week one, you lock in a real exam date 6-8 weeks out. Until a date exists, studying is a hobby. The moment it exists, it's a project, and you know how to run projects.

RISK

Name what could stop you

A ten-minute pre-mortem finds your failure modes while there's still time to plan around them. A risk you named has a counter-move. A risk you ignored runs the show.

HABITS

Five questions a day

The Daily REACH Review: five exam-style questions, about five minutes. Small enough to be inevitable. Output beats input, every single day.

ENGAGEMENT

A pod that expects you

Three to five people on the same clock, fifteen minutes a week. The weekly Hot Seat makes quitting quietly harder than continuing.

COMMUNICATION

One-line signals

On track. Wobbling. Need help. Five seconds of honest signal to your pod beats a polished excuse three weeks too late.

THE FORGIVENESS PROTOCOL

Miss a day? Clean slate.

Life happens. There are no broken streaks here, because we don't keep streaks that can break. Three questions and you're back. Shame is not a study strategy.

Eight weeks, three phases, one clock

Weeks 1-2

Internalize

Book the date, run the pre-mortem, and make the daily habit automatic. Nothing heroic. Rhythm first.

Weeks 3-5

Integrate

Drill your weak spots on purpose, use mock exams as fuel gauges (not verdicts), and clear blockers mid-sprint.

Weeks 6-8

Influence

Teach concepts back to your pod, close exam-week logistics early, and walk in calm because nothing is a surprise.

Questions, answered straight

I finished my prep course over a year ago. Am I too far gone?

No. Knowledge from a real prep course goes dormant, it doesn't vanish. Rebuilding a dormant foundation takes weeks; building one from nothing took you months. Week one wakes it up.

How much time does this actually take?

About five minutes a day for the Daily REACH Review, fifteen minutes a week for your pod's Hot Seat, and two or three 30-minute drill blocks a week in the middle phase. It's designed for a full-time working adult.

Do I need to buy a question bank?

Finish Line works with the practice materials from your original prep course or any reputable bank you already own. The system is the sprint: the date, the habit, the pod, the recovery. Your questions plug into it.

What if I miss days? I always miss days.

Then this was built for you. The Forgiveness Protocol assumes you'll slip: no broken streaks, no make-up marathons, no shame. Three questions and you're back in motion.
