Think Slow, Act Fast: Opportunity Framing & Project Governance
Most project failures are locked in long before execution begins - when teams rush to solutions without clear alignment on the problem, value, or risks.
This session introduces Opportunity Framing and Project Governance as practical disciplines for improving early decision-making in complex projects. It shows how slowing down at the start - when change is still cheap - creates clarity around objectives, options, and assumptions, while governance ensures decisions are owned, tested, and revisited at the right moments.
The result is not less speed, but faster, more confident execution - because teams act on the right decisions, not momentum.
