From Caged to Charged:
A Journey for the Next-Gen PM

This five-part mini-series is designed to empower project managers to rise beyond traditional roles, embrace strategic leadership, and communicate with impact at all levels.

By focusing on clarity, energy, influence, productivity, and resilience, this course will equip participants with the mindset and skills to lead boldly, deliver results, and thrive in today’s complex project environments.

This mini-course consists of five sessions, totaling approximately 4 hours of content. Each session is designed to be 45 minutes, including instruction and activities.

Jessica Thomas is a Certified High Performance Coach™ and Founder of Zenith High Performance Coaching LLC. With over 20 years of experience in higher education and public sector consulting, she has led large teams through technology transformations, optimized operations, and managed complex organizational change.

Today, Jessica equips high-achieving individuals and organizations with the tools and confidence to navigate transformation, sustain momentum, and achieve meaningful success.

Trained through the High Performance Institute and a member of Brendon Burchard’s Ultra mastermind, she combines research-backed strategies with a passion for helping others reach their highest potential.

All sessions are hosted on Microsoft Teams and are approved for Professional Development Units (PDUs) through PMI.
